Mexican Wedding - Jungle Vibes
A forest of mangroves, a suspended terrace onto a river and a big tent. A hot day at the end of April…Celebrating love on the other side of the world.
We drove for two hourse and a half, from Cancun to Tulum. When we arrived, sun is already up and filtered from the palms leaves. Nativus Tulum welcomed us with its rich green, the light sand and the deep blue of crabs running and hiding in their holes.
In this beautiful Mexican jungle, where colors are so bright they almost loko unreal, Sarah and Pedro are got married with an intimate ceremony in pure boho style.
Vivid colors, tropical flowers. Rose meets green, the light of glass and copper. The solidity of the table, the softness of puffs and carpets. For this young couple I designed an atmosphere made of bold pieces and tones.
With a mermaid macramè dress and a spectacular bouquet, stunning Sarah said yes to her Pedro at sunset, in a fabulous location.
For the ceremony set up I chose interwoven organic carpets, atzec printed pillows, lanterns and an asymmetric floral structure: all was the perfect background for a natural “I do”.
I got so emotional when they read their vows!
With their best friends only. A funny and light-hearted dinner, before diving into the glowing night-life of Tulum.
for the wedding favours, tiny macramè decorations that perfectly matched the table and the atmosphere…
